Because slugs and ID\u2019s are unique in WordPress, so it can be used without pointing parents. However, when names are used they should be typed with all parents that are separated by slash \u2018\\\u2019.\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Only already existed categories can be specified.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Categories can be set in two sources:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    The \u2018<strong>Categories<\/strong>\u2019 <a href=\"\/how-to-set-ms-word-document-properties\">property of MS Word document<\/a>.\n  <\/li>\n<li><a href=\".\/how-to-set-or-add-attribute-in-document\">The extended attribute<\/a> in the document named \u2018<strong>categories<\/strong>\u2019, \u2018<strong>category<\/strong>\u2019, \u2018<strong>Categories<\/strong>\u2019 or \u2018<strong>Category<\/strong>\u2019.\n  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n  And, it can be chosen by click on the link which source to use (see picture above). There are three modes:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>separate attribute<\/strong>\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">\n      Extract only from the extended attribute.\n    <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>separate attribute and &#8216;categories&#8217;<\/strong>\n<p style=\"text-align:left\">\n      Extract from document\u2019s &#8216;Categories&#8217; property and extended attribute.
