Does the premium Version need to be re-downloaded and installed?
No. It is automatically downloaded when pressing to ‘Upgrade to the obtained version’ button in the admin area.
And what happens when after that update and payment all the Seraphinite plugin looks ugly because it is not resolving the English language for some reason? I mean, it is installed but showing strings that must be replaced by correct translated sentences I guess. Like “PluginTitleFullWithSuffix”, “PluginDescriptionFul”, “About_LinkEULA”. How it can be fixed? Reinstalling seems not to fix it. Version_2.20.47

Однако отдельное СПАСИБО!!! хотелось бы сказать техподдержке и конкретно Павлу Нечаеву, создателю этого плагина.
У меня записи стали неадекватно реагировать при работе с Yoast SEO. Я думал это вина Серафинита. Однако как оказалась глючил плагин ProfilePress. Несмотря на это Павел оказал всяческую поддержку для того, чтобы помочь устранить проблему.
Оuромнейшее спасибо ему. Побольше бы таких отзывчивых людей в нашем обществе. Однозначно рекомендую этот плагин, да наверное и другие продукты Seraphinite Solutions. Думаю, что такой порядочный человек делает и другие свои продукты качественно и хорошо. Во сяком случае в это хочется верить.

Great. If it were possible, I would add a star.
For my project witch is multi language the content is fully under the control of my client.
It is easier for him to circulate a Docx between his different departments rather than to train the different actors of the project on how to use WordPress.
Once the Docx is approved, the general and page specific settings permit a good import in the site.
Very helpful plugin that works as described.

Not Intuitive – Poor Documentation. I appreciate the vast amount of options, but there is no way to set default settings. The options are not self-explanatory, so wasted time with trial and error. ‘Mammoth .docx Converter’ is quick and easy.
The plugin is well documented. And we are always opened for online consultation as proved by our users.
What errors have you faced with?
Totally Spam. Don’t install this plugin, it will take control of your website dashboard and you will not able to access admin dashboard an error will appear “Sorry, You Are Not Allowed to Access This Page”.

Fabulous. I wasted a lot of time trying to get pages looking right. Now I just make it in Word and import it. Especially good with tables, which WordPress basically hates. With a theme that supports making borders, just perfect.

Отличный плагин если нужно импортировать большие вордовские файлы с кучей картинок. Экономия времени огромная. Порадовали гибкие настройки, которых нет у конкурентов, в частности, для меня было критично важно сохранять названия изображений при импорте.
Ну и уровень поддержки на высоте. Такого я ещё не встречал, написал о проблеме в онлайн чате на сайте разработчика и в режиме онлайн всё профиксили. 10 из 10.

Works partially. Partially import docx documents. Sometimes it says “Text block xxxx not found.” and then huge parts of the document are missing in the import.
I’m using Chrome latest version, and my docx are generated by Word 2007.
This is a real bug since all the images, even those in the missing parts are imported correctly. Same document imported with Mammoth is processed correctly so it’s not my problem.
Also, same problem as mammoth’s: images are named “imageXX” instead of “title – xx” or something more relevant. This renders media management completely impossible. You will end up with a ton of images named “imageXX” so it’s impossible to sort or use the search bar to insert those images in another post. That’s just messy.
3 stars over whole because they clearly worked on this plugin, but ending up with such a bug is not serious, considering it’s been claimed to be tested with WordPress 4.9.4. Even without this bug, I would give 4 stars only because of the (absent) naming convention for embedded images.

Спасибо за отзыв. Инструкция в процессе создания, есть вводная статья на английском языке. Есть пример DOCX файла, демонстрирующий возможности.
Задание атрибутики внизу документа как раз в процессе, но поскольку занимаемся этим в дополнительное от рабочего время, то разработка происходит не так быстро как хотелось бы.
Задание допатрибутики (class, id) занесем в беклог – выглядит полезно.
Картинки можно делать embeded – тогда они не будут загружаться автоматом.
Просьба услышана – очень постараемся доделать инструкцию, другие люди тоже просят.
